Alec Dardis
Attorney Alec Dardis is an Associate in the firm where he represents clients in BitTorrent copyright defense.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. Dardis was a competitive junior tennis player. After being recruited to several colleges, Mr. Dardis chose to attend Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. At Colgate, Mr. Dardis was captain of the Men’s Division 1 tennis team. Mr. Dardis graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
After working as a law clerk for a mid-sized law firm in Orange County, California, Mr. Dardis decided to go to law school. He received the Dean’s Scholarship to attend DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. At DePaul, Mr. Dardis earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award (highest grade) in Negotiations and made Dean’s List. Mr. Dardis graduated with a Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Intellectual Property.
Mr. Dardis is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
