Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retirement Plan Administrator at Employee Incentive Plans, Inc located in Austin, TX. The Retirement Plan Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to retirement planning, defined contribution and defined benefit administration, customer service, and finance.

  • Retirement Planning and Finance skills
  • Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit administration skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
