Analysis: DOL Seeks Input on Automatic Rollovers, Coming in 2004
Excerpt: "Beginning in 2004, when departing employees leave no instructions for accounts worth $1,000 to $5,000, plan sponsors that want to distribute those accounts will be required to set up individual retirement accounts (IRAs) for the 401(k) amounts.
