Beds

Is it possible to add additional guests on the bed by paying an extra fee, beyond the maximum capacity indicated on the bed price list?We cannot exceed the maximum number of persons stated on each bed type, as this impacts the guests on the beds around you.

Do the beds on the BEACH include towels?The beds on the beach do not include towels, but these can be hired on the day for an additional 10€ each, or you may bring your own.

Can we have more towels than the number stated on the bed menu?If you require extra towels, they can be hired for an additional 10€ per towel.

Is there a minimum spend on the beds?On Thursday to Sunday, Special Events and Bank Holiday Weekends, there is a redeemable food and beverage credit included within the bed price, which must be prepaid and will be deducted from your total bill on the day. On alternative days, the bed rental fee is for the bed alone, and does not include any food or beverage.

Pool

Can we use the pool if we don’t have a bed booking?Only guests with bed bookings are able to use the pool.

Food

Can we bring our own food and drink?No food or drink from outside is permitted inside the venue. If any food and drink is brought in and consumed on the premises, you will be kindly asked to leave.

Can we eat at our pool beds?Yes! We have waiter service to the beds, so you can order food to your bed, or if you prefer, you can dine in our Thai inspired restaurant.

Can we eat at our BEACH beds?Yes! We have waiter service to the beds, so you can order food to your bed, or if you prefer, you can dine in our Thai inspired restaurant.

Children

Are children allowed?Guests under the age of 14 are not permitted on pool beds or in the swimming pool area. However, children are welcome on beach beds and in the restaurant area.

Can children use the pool?Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use any of the pool facilities.

Entrance

Can we come and have a drink at the bar without booking a bed?You are welcome to come and have a drink at the bar without a reservation, there is no entrance charge. However please note, only guests with bed bookings are able to use the pool facilities.

What is the entrance charge?There is no entrance charge.

Restaurant

If we only have a table booked in the restaurant can we use the pool?Only guests with bed bookings are able to use the pool facilities.

Can we split our bill between us?One bill can be split in a maximum of three different payments.

If we don’t have a bed booking do we have to leave the venue when we have finished our lunch?When you vacate your table you are welcome to move into the bar area and have a drink. Please note, only guests with bed bookings are able to use the pool.

Groups

Can we wear matching swimsuits?Yes! You are more than welcome to wear matching swimsuits.

Can we wear fancy dress?We do not allow fancy dress or body glitter.

Do you allow stag and hen groups?Yes! We welcome stag and hen groups, however we do not allow stag or hen party props or toys.

Can we split our bill between us?One bill can be split in a maximum of three different payments.

How much deposit is required for a group booking in the restaurant?We will require a 20€ per person pre paid deposit in order to confirm a restaurant booking.

Times

What time do we have to arrive for our beds?Guests who have reserved beds must arrive between 11 and 12:30pm on the day, after this time the beds will be released back on sale and guests will not receive a refund.

What time do you close?We close at approximately 7pm.

What time does the DJ start?Approximately 2pm

General

Do you serve Shisha?Yes, we offer a variety of flavours. Ask your waiter on the day and he will be able to tell you what is available.

Can we pre book a Massage?Massages are booked on site on the day of your booking. Speak with your waiter when you arrive, and they will be able to arrange this for you.

Do you allow dogs?We do not allow dogs in the venue.

What is the dress code?Our dress code is smart beachwear.

Can we wear fancy dress?We do not allow fancy dress or body glitter.

Do you have changing rooms and shower facilities?We do have a changing room and shower facilities; please be aware it is cold water only.

Do you have an area to store luggage?We do not have lockers for luggage storage, but the staff on the day will do their best to assist you if you have some small bags to store.

Can we open a tab for drinks?In order to open a tab, your waiter will require a credit card, or a form of identification to guarantee the bill. Please remember to retrieve this at the end of the day.
