We gather functional outcome data on all of our patients. What this means is that every patient fills out a survey assessing their functional limitations on the day of the initial evaluation. Our patients repeat the survey to reassess for functional improvement on the day of discharge. The link below is a for patient satisfaction data in our outcomes program.
