You can schedule your own appointment for a NEW PAIRof custom foot orthotics or for an ORTHOTIC ADJUSTMENT (for patients that have been issued a pair of new orthotics by us) by clicking below on the Book Now!link.  You can also send us your contact information and we will get back to ASAP. We fabricate custom foot orthotics from 8:30 to 6:30 on Wednesdays and at 3:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Don’t forget to bring a pair of work shoes, a pair of sneakers, a personal check or cash (no credit cards),  a copy of my directions (the Cummings Center is a big place!), and any questions you may have to your appointment.

Please give me the courtesy of a 48 hour notice before any cancellation so that we can fill your time with another patient who is on our waiting list.   If you cancel without 24 notice or do not show for your 1 hour scheduled appointment, then you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This will be added to the cost of your orthotics if you decide to reschedule.The only way to cancel within the 24-48 hour window is by calling 978-522-4199. Any cancellations prior to 2 days can be done thru the self-scheduler.
